In a friendly, participatory atmosphere, you'll learn how to create a complete menu inspired by Italy. Each session features new techniques, fresh produce and original flavor combinations.

Course outline (3h) :

Creation of a complete menu (starter/main course/dessert) based on the day's theme.

Accompanied by a passionate chef, you'll cook step by step, then taste your creations together over a moment of exchange and sharing.

On the menu:

June/September/October: Zucchini with scapece, sweet and sour mint sauce, Gnocchi with sorrentina, tomato-mozarella and parmesan, Torta caprese
November/December: Agnolotti - veal and beef ravioli, Bagna cauda (vegetables and anchovy sauce) and gressini , Pana cotta
January/February: Sicilian Arancini (stuffed rice croquette) ,Insalata di arance (orange salad) Cannoli (fried dough rolls topped with ricotta and pistachio cream)
