• Visit to the market with the chef: meet producers, select fresh produce from fishmongers, butchers, cheesemongers and Italian produce specialists.
• Menu preparation based on instinct or recipes chosen together
• 2-hour cooking lesson: techniques, tips and step-by-step preparation
• Convivial tasting of dishes reworked by the chef
