Course of the activity Oenology lessons :

• Welcome glass of wine and brief presentation of Domaine Pierre Dorées.
• This course will teach you professional tasting methodology and the secrets of wine tasting:
  • Aromas
  • Fun game based on the nose of wine
  • Discover tasting methodology with the help of a tasting sheet for a first white wine.
  • Practice with a 2nd white wine
• Playful tasting of two red wines accompanied by a winegrower's nibble (bread, Jambon cru du Domaine and Fourme du Passeloup).
