Tasting schedule (1h30) :

• Departure for the wine-making cellar to discover the work of a winemaker: vinification, bottling, conservation.
• First tasting of one of the estate's wines and explanation of the estate's environmental approach.
• Tasting of mâchon, a Lyonnais specialty: quality charcuterie and cheeses, farmhouse bread and garden delicacies.
• Plate accompanied by a tasting of 4 wines.
