Great experience for the pizza workshop. Joffrey is a good listener, and passionate. He taught us the basics of making a good pizza, with lots of useful tips. I can't wait to put into practice what Joffrey has taught us. Thanks also to his right-hand man (who I forgot to ask for his first name) who helped us make the pizza. I would recommend Joffrey 100%.
