Ying opens the doors of his restaurant and invites you to come and make delicious ravioli and gyozas. These smooth, stuffed white turnovers are a street specialty in Asia.

During this workshop, you'll plunge straight into Asia and discover twice as many techniques... On the program: making the dough and fillings, braiding the ravioli, cooking and tasting!

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Preparation of ravioli dough. You'll learn specific techniques to obtain the ideal texture for your gyozas.
• Preparation of 2 different fillings, one with meat and the other with vegetables. For vegetarians, 2 different vegetable fillings can be made.
• Folding the dough. Techniques and tricks to create your most beautiful braids. You'll learn how to shape your gyozas and ravioli with 2 different folds.
• Make your own sauce to accompany your gyozas to perfection.
• Discover the 2 cooking methods: steaming or grilling.
• You'll be able to eat at the restaurant and take home the rest of the ravioli. You'll make 20 ravioli in all.
