Come and experience a 3-hour immersion in the skin of a chef, and leave with your very own baos! Ying will take you step-by-step through the production process, and reveal all the secrets to making this stuffed bread at home.

Course of the activity (3h):

• Welcome and brief explanation of the history of bao.
• Two recipes will be prepared: one with meat, one with vegetables.
• You'll learn how to knead the dough.
• Make your own fillings
• You'll discover the art of weaving
• Finally, you'll taste your baos and take home any leftovers.
