My daughter, a young teenager, and I really enjoyed the bao workshop in a small group of 12 people. The facilitator gave us invaluable advice on how to make a success of our baos. If you're not used to it, practice drowning vegetables or you'll fall behind the others! I'd recommend this workshop and I'm thinking of signing up for another one, probably the ramen one. Enjoy!

Very good experience, the workshop is well structured with a training phase before the baos are made. The workshop leader was very pedagogical, and provided lots of advice and anecdotes that set the pace of the workshop. The 3h30 passed very quickly.
