Pauline, a trained therapist and specialist in hypnosis and reflexology, combines her reflexology treatments and well-being massages with aromatherapy to help relieve all your everyday ailments. Each treatment is above all a moment of deep relaxation, helping you to regain your well-being and vital balance.

Several formulas are available:

• Foot reflexology (45min to 1h): each area of the foot represents a part of the body, and Pauline will help you relax your whole body by applying pressure.
• Thai reflexology (1h) : a blend of enveloping massage, pressure and effleurage, from the toes to above the knee, with a wooden stick or stylus to help with the pressure.
• Heaven and earth massage (2h): a massage that includes a reflexology session and a cranial reflexology session.
