Welcome to the Finistère coast ! Discover and harvest the different types of seaweed on the Notinau beach in Camaret with Sarah. Seaweed is a superfood: rich in minerals, vitamins and trace elements, it meets our body's needs. Easy to recognize and collect, the activity continues with a seaweed cooking class.

Course of the activity (2h30):

• You will be greeted by Sarah before starting the activity, for explanations.
• The activity begins on Notinau beach with a stroll to the sound of the waves.
• During the walk, you'll pick different types of seaweed, and Sarah will explain their origins.
• After harvesting, return to the workshop to begin the cooking workshop.
• You'll create a sweet and a savory recipe using your own seaweed.
• You'll leave the workshop with your own seaweed.

By the end of this workshop, you'll be able to recognize the main seaweeds found on Brittany's coasts, learn about good harvesting practices and be able to cook them very simply at home.
