Superb experience, great course suitable for all ages and experience. Quality welcome. Allow more than two hours if you can, as I personally didn't have time to do all the routes I wanted to do.

Ile de Loisirs de Cergy-Pontoise, 95000 Cergy-Pontoise

By car: take the A15 freeway, exit n°9 towards Cergy, then follow the signs to "les Étangs de Cergy-Neuville". The Genevilliers bridge is under construction, but the A15 remains accessible in both directions.

Public transport :
- RER A Cergy-Préfecture then bus no. 48 to the "Base de loisirs" stop. OR get off at Neuville Université and take shuttle no. 29 to the "Ile de loisirs" stop (summer only).
- By train :
From Paris Saint-Lazare, get off at Cergy-Préfecture, then take bus no. 48.
From Paris Gare du Nord, get off at Pontoise, then take bus no. 45 and 48.

Know before you go

We strongly advise you to arrive 20 minutes before the start of the activity to get your equipment and take part in the briefing.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the trees.
Children aged 10 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the ground.
Teens aged 16 to 17 can go on their own with a letter of authorization from their parents.
