The vertigo forest park welcomes you to an incredible setting, in the heart of the Bastard forest in Pau, for an unforgettable experience. You can enjoy 26 courses, some of which will take you more than 17 metres above the ground. You'll also have access to tyrolean traverses for an incomparable thrill!

Different courses on offer:

Pitchoun: 3 courses for 3 to 5 year-olds.
Discovery: 4 courses for 6 to 8 year-olds.
Sensation: 8 courses for 9 to 12 year-olds (no accompanying adult required).
Frisson: 11 courses for children aged 13 and over.

We had a great time at Les Verts Tiges. The activities were varied and delighted the little ones close to the ground, as well as the older ones in the heights. The tables in the shade, the fresh water, the deckchairs and the good ice creams were top-notch.

- From Pau, Uzein or Serres Castet, lines 20 and 21 serve the park almost directly. Ayguelongue" stop.

Know before you go

Once you've been fitted out, you must start on the beginners' course. Then, depending on the entry point you choose, you'll have access to a number of courses that you can explore as many times as you like.
Each game at the end of the course brings you back to the ground: if you wish, you can move on to the next course, respecting the progression. You progress at your own pace, according to your wishes and abilities.
The first courses (from age 3) are no higher than 1m from the ground or the safety net. Then the easy "harness" courses start at 2/3m and go up to 17m (Black course).
Adults must accompany children aged 6 to 8 into the trees. From the age of 9, children can climb independently and be supervised from the ground.
The courses are not closed in the event of rain.
A picnic area with table, parasols, deckchairs and rubbish bins is available.
All the courses are equipped with a new safety system called a continuous lifeline, so there's no risk of falling off.
Dogs are not allowed inside the woods. However, they are allowed in the grassy area in front of the park.
