At Lili et Chloé, gourmandise is a love story, and pastry-making is within everyone's reach! In the company of Marie, 100% vegan and a pastry specialist, you'll make an all-vegan tart while learning the basics of this new way of baking.

Course of the pastry class (2h):

• Discover the basic techniques of vegetarian pastry-making and its particularities.
• Make a vegan shortbread pastry and darken it.
• Make a vegan ganache, lemon cream or vanilla custard.
• Make a vegan chantilly or meringue.
• Each participant takes home a tart to enjoy with friends and family.
• You'll receive an e-mail with the technical sheet for the recipe you created during the workshop, so you can reproduce it at home.
