For our partners Lili and Chloé, indulging in sweet treats is a labor of love, and baking is something anyone can do! Alongside Marie—a 100% vegan and baking expert—you’ll make moist cakes and cupcakes.

Pastry Class Outline (2 hours):

• Learn the basic techniques of plant-based baking and understand its unique characteristics.
• Make a moist vegan cake base and vegan whipped cream.
• Learn how to use a pastry bag.
• Each participant will take home their own unique pastries to enjoy at home.
• You’ll receive the recipe sheet for the dish made during the workshop via email so you can recreate it at home.
