At our partners Lili et Chloé, gourmandise is a love story, and pastry-making is within everyone's reach! In the company of Marie, a 100% vegan pastry specialist, you'll create fluffy cakes and cupcakes.

Course of the pastry class (2h):

• Discover the basic techniques of vegan patisserie and understand its particularities.
• Creation of a soft vegan cake base and a vegan whipped cream.
• Learn how to use a pastry bag.
• Each participant leaves with their own unique pastries to enjoy at home.
• You'll receive an e-mail with the technical sheet for the recipe you created during the workshop, so you can reproduce it at home.
