Course of the workshop (1h) :

• Short history of the madeleine and anecdote about Proust's madeleine.
• Presentation of all the ingredients needed for the recipe (butter, eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, baking powder, milk).
• Emmanuel will give you tips on how to make your own madeleines.
• Each participant will leave with a small box of madeleines and the printed recipe.
