Pastry lovers, come and learn how to make a real babka in the rules of the art during a 3-hour pastry workshop with Chloé, a pastry chef with a diploma from the Ferrandi school.

Babka is a braided and rolled brioche from Eastern Europe. With chocolate, orange blossom or even salt, it has become a brunch or snack staple.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Making brioche dough and kneading by hand and in a food processor.
• Making the filling.
• Preparation of egg yolkgilding.
• Shaping and braiding the babka brioche.
• Each participant leaves with a brioche and a cinnamon roll.
• You'll receive an e-mail with the technical sheet for the recipe you created during the workshop, so you can reproduce it at home.
