Pastry lovers, bring your children into your world for a parent/child workshop dedicated to choux! For 2 hours, you'll learn how to make simple, gourmet pastries.
Course of the pastry class (2h) :
- Making choux pastry.
- Making a cracker: a small piece of pastry to put on top of the chou to prevent it from deforming.
- Learn how to use a piping bag to fill the choux pastry.
- Each pair takes home their creations, to be enjoyed by the whole family!
- You'll receive an e-mail with the technical sheet for the recipe used during the workshop, so you can reproduce it at home.

A great experience and a moment of sharing!!!! My "little big boy" and I took part in the choux workshop organized by Lilly and Natacha. The welcome was great and Natacha is a great teacher who passed on her passion for pastry to us. Lilly is always helpful and never hesitates to help us if we need it. We had a great time and left with delicious choux. We're looking forward to another workshop !!!!
