Pastry lovers, bring your children into your world for a parent/child workshop dedicated to choux! For 2 hours, you'll learn how to make simple, gourmet pastries.

Course of the pastry class (2h) :

• Making choux pastry.
• Making a cracker: a small piece of pastry to put on top of the chou to prevent it from deforming.
• Learn how to use a piping bag to fill the choux pastry.
• Each pair takes home their creations, to be enjoyed by the whole family!
• You'll receive an e-mail with the technical sheet for the recipe used during the workshop, so you can reproduce it at home.
