Course of the pastry class (2h) :

• Making a sponge cake.
• Making crème pâtissière and crème mousseline, and using a pastry bag.
• You'll also learn how to assemble and decorate your entremets.
• The workshop is followed by a tasting of your fraisier. You can take any leftovers home to share with friends and family.
• You'll receive an e-mail with the technical sheet for the recipe you created during the workshop, so you can reproduce it at home.
