Activity itinerary (7 hours):

• Immersive nature walk: discover and identify edible wild plants in their natural habitat. A sensory approach combined with botanical knowledge. Our chef will teach you how to identify the plants you encounter while pointing out the main potential look-alikes.
• Time in the kitchen: You’ll cook delicious, gourmet plant-based dishes featuring wild ingredients (organic ingredients complementing the wild plants).
• Tasting of the dishes prepared.
• A time for fellowship and sharing
• You’ll take home the recipes you prepared and tasted.
