Activity description :

Les Clés de la Ferme welcomes you for a day with Nathalie Deshayes to discover the wild and edible plants that surround us. Discover all the tastes, smells and properties of edible wild plants as you pick them in the Les Clés de la Ferme park.

Course of the day:

9:30 am: reconnaissance and picking on the farm.
11:45 am: preparation of one or 2 plant-based recipes.
12:30 pm: tasting of dishes prepared together (bring a small picnic).
14h-15h30 : preparation of an alcoholature (maceration of fresh plants in a mixture of water and alcohol) or an oily macerate.

The day will be made up of picking, cooking and a meal. Ideal with friends, or to develop children's culinary curiosity.
