• Tasting of 2 champagnes carefully selected for their aromas and finesse, accompanied by local specialties, and a white wine chosen to create gourmet and balanced pairings.
• Your host will guide you through the essential basics of food and wine pairing: balance between acidity, texture and aromatic intensity, with simple explanations to help you better understand the combinations.
• You'll taste all of this in a friendly, small-group atmosphere that encourages discussion and discovery.
