This oenology course is the first step in learning the basics of wine tasting and discovering the diversity of French wine styles. Tasting techniques, vocabulary... you'll learn more about the world of wine.

Course of the activity (4h):

• Welcome, presentation and learning of the tasting method with the help of teaching aids.
• Topics include:
  • Introduction to different types of wine
  • Learn how to describe wine simply, choose the right wine and define your tastes more precisely
  • The appellation system
  • Differences between conventional, organic, biodynamic and natural wines
  • The main rules for storing and serving wine
• Tasting and analysis of 7 differentwines
• A 50-page booklet containing all the course content will be sent by e-mail 48 hours after the end of the course.
