The oenology course is designed for wine lovers who want to discover the aromatic diversity of French wines through a tasting session. You'll learn the basics of the tasting methods needed to identify a wine and describe its aromas and balance. Your taste buds will then be sharpened in the face of the flavors of French wines.

Course outline (2h) :

• Welcome around presentation of the tasting method based on theoretical and teaching aids provided. A moment of general introduction to begin the workshop.
• Introduction to wine and presentation of the different types of wine.
• Learn how to describe wine simply, how to choose the right wine and how to define your tastes more precisely. This will not only help you broaden your general knowledge, but also enable you to become a more seasoned wine consumer.
• Discover how to recognize aromas through fun tests.
• Tasting and analysis of5 differentwines.
