Balade à la fraîche - Duration 3h - Departure at 3.30pm: A 3-hour walk, full of color and altitude, in the cool of a summer evening. Pass through atypical Languedoc villages and discover panoramic views of the department. Stop off to visit an old 12th-century mill on a private estate, and end your walk on the shores of the Etang de Thau with a fresh tastinga selection of wines (or organic & local fruit juices, to be specified when booking) specially concocted for the occasion!
