During this course, Cécile will show you how to create a 3-course menu using seasonal ingredients. This 4-season menu, which evolves throughout the year, will enable you to highlight one or more ingredients representative of its season.

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

• Cécile, our chef, gives you all her techniques and tips for cooking ingredients according to season.
• You'll leave with plenty of ideas for reproducing the recipes at home and enjoying them.
• After cooking, you' ll sit down together at the table for a convivial meal. Drinks offered to accompany the meal.
• As with all our cooking and pastry-making courses, this workshop is designed with the environment in mind. All products used are part of the most eco-responsible approach possible: seasonal produce, local suppliers, everything bought in bulk and organic as much as possible.

• Autumn:
  • Ultra-melting butternut millefeuille
  • Pumpkin gnocchi, creamy parmesan sauce and homemade pesto

• Summer :
