Rides are completely autonomous. You'll be given a GPS to help you follow the pre-defined circuit. Several options are available:

• Les dunes de Bégo 1h30 - 15km - easy level : Quiberon, cycle path, seaside, sandy paths along the dunes, remains of the Atlantic Wall.
• D'Erdeven à la Barre d'Etel 1h30 - 19km - medium : countryside and ocean, footpaths, cycle paths, secondary roads, greenways, windmills, Kerouriec beach, along the dunes to the famous Barre d'Etel.
• Les seigneurs de Kéraveon 1h30 - 15km - difficult level : forests and fields, the Erdeven countryside, secondary roads and paths, the megalith circuit, the little forest paths.
• A l'assaut du fort sans culotte 2h30 - 27km - easy level: greenway, sandy paths, the Atlantic wall, the greenway at Quiberon, Penthièvre beach, the Quiberon isthmus, Penthièvre fort or fort sans culotte.
• Entre Terre et Mer 2h30 - 27km - medium level: the wonders of Erdeven, countryside, forest and ocean, Kerouriec beach, the sandy greenway along the dunes to the famous Etel bar.
• In pursuit of the korrigans 2h30 - 28km - difficult level: forests and fields, the circuit of megaliths, small paths and forest trails.
