Want to gain a better understanding of essential oils and their daily benefits? Join a small-group workshop led by a qualified aromatherapy producer to discover the basics of family aromatherapy in a warm, natural setting.

Program:

Get ready for an olfactory journey through the history of oils and their production, with a guided tour of the distillery focusing on aromatherapy.

Then enjoy an olfactory workshop on the essential local aromatherapy oils you'll need to (re)familiarize yourself with, and learn how to safely integrate aromatherapy into your daily routine.

After the theory, it's time for practice: create a preparation of your choice:

• A roll-on for winter ailments or bruises
• A cosmetic lotion (after-shave, make-up remover, anti-imperfections) or dermatological lotion (eczema, allergy)
• An inhaler stick for colds
• A blend of essential oils for falling asleep, purifying the air or soothing a cold

An instructive, soothing and sensory experience, to be shared alone or with friends and family, to reconnect with the benefits of plants.
