This cooking class will take you on a journey to Asia in the company of a passionate chef, who will guide you throughout the workshop, telling you the traditions and stories behind each dish. Head for Thailand, Laos and Cambodia, three stopovers, three worlds flavored with the same spirit of sharing.

Course of the activity (3h) :

• 2h class to learn how to cook Asian ingredients such as coconut milk, Thai basil and chili pepper, and to create exotic flavors that blend sweet, salty, tangy and spicy.
• You'll learn about lively cooking, fragrant marinades, nuanced and spicy sauces.
• Then 1 hour of tasting around a table to share the dishes you've made together: Tom Kha Kai soup, green papaya salad, red curry, coconut milk dessert... Each flavor is accompanied by a matching glass or tea.
• A few surprises also await you during your course!

You'll leave with plenty of tasty memories and culinary techniques to continue the journey at home.
