An immersive stargazing experience at the Finca Astronómica in Cartagena. On the agenda for these family-friendly evenings open to the public: dinner, a campfire, telescopes, and a live astrophotography session under the stars—an activity suitable for all ages and levels of curiosity.

Immerse yourself in an evening where science, nature, and wonder come together.
At the Finca Astronómica in Cartagena, we invite you to disconnect from the city lights and discover the universe as few people have the opportunity to do: through professional telescopes, guided talks, and live astrophotography sessions, all in an authentic rural setting.

Each “Astronomy Night” combines education, relaxation, and discovery.
Guests enjoy free time to explore the finca and its animals, share a dinner under the stars, gather around a campfire to roast marshmallows, and then participate in a comprehensive astronomy program—including guided laser tours of the constellations, observations using optical and robotic telescopes, live astrophotography projected onto a screen, and astronomical presentations on a large screen.

This unique experience, both relaxing and educational, is designed for curious minds of all ages.

Optional overnight stays in glamping pods or yurts are available for those who wish to extend the experience. Wake up in the heart of silence, bathed in the colors of the sunrise and with the memory of the stars still fresh in your mind.

The activity includes:

  • A comprehensive astronomy program led by professional astronomers
  • Buffet-style dinner
  • Drinks included throughout the experience (water, soda, tea, coffee)
  • Campfire with marshmallows
  • Free time to explore the property and meet the animals
  • All astronomy equipment and safety gear
  • Bilingual guidance (English/Spanish)

Whether you come with your family, as a couple, or with friends, every visit offers something different: the night sky itself is never the same twice.
