Want to get your hands dirty in a relaxed and colorful atmosphere inspired by London food trucks? At this unique neighborhood spot where cultures come together around , sharing, and discovery, come learn how to make bread and take home your own sourdough starter! On the agenda: ultra-soft sandwich bread, brioche, and specialty breads for the holidays (rye bread, Nordic bread).
Workshop itinerary:
- Welcome and introduction to the day’s recipes with Chef Nicolas, who will guide you from start to finish.
- Learn the technical skills of a baker: kneading, shaping, allowing the dough to rise properly, and baking techniques.
- Create your own sourdough starter, which you’ll take home with you.
- Prepare your recipes step by step with guidance from the Chef.
- The big finale: You’ll leave with your creations and your sourdough starter, plus the skills to recreate all these recipes at home!
A customized workshop, open to all skill levels, perfect for learning how to make bread in a fun and friendly atmosphere!
