• Preparation of two typical fillings, a traditional pork version and a vegetarian alternative with seasonal vegetables
• You'll learn how to stuff and fold your baos like a pro, turning them into veritable works of art.
• Cooking and tasting: reveal the perfect softness of your baos thanks to Diana's cooking techniques, then enjoy your creations while they're still warm and fragrant.
• You'll leave with your homemade baos ready to steam, plus a ball of dough to extend the experience at home.
