Immerse yourself in the world of artisan cheese-making at the heart of an urban dairy. This workshop invites you to discover all the steps involved in making a tomme cheese from raw milk, in a fun, participatory format!

Workshop schedule (2h) :

• Presentation of the dairy and workshop schedule
• 5 liters of raw milk already inoculated per participant
• Addition of rennet and curd formation
• Cutting grains and explaining their impact on texture
• Molding and light pressing of curds
• Time for discussion and discovery of cheeses matured on site
• After 2 months' ripening, pick up your personalized tomme.

A sensory and hands-on workshop, in small groups (3 to 6 people), to discover the secrets of cheese in a friendly atmosphere!
