Discover the art of Chinese ravioli in this friendly, gourmet workshop. Learn how to make the famous Jiaozi and Wouton, traditional specialties often prepared and shared with the family in China!

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Introduction to the origins and traditions of Jiaozi and Wouton in Chinese culture.
• Discover the different types of stuffing (pork, chicken, vegetarian) and the ingredients used.
• Prepare two tasty, well-balanced fillings, including a vegan option.
• Learn how to use wouton pastry sheets and make Jiaozi pastry.
• Master several traditional folding techniques.
• Discover different cooking methods: boiling, steaming or pan-roasting (guotie).
• Preparation of an accompanying sauce (soy, black vinegar, sesame oil).

Each participant will take home his or her own creations to extend this gourmet experience at home. An authentic, convivial experience, rich in flavors!
