This is the first sea boat license. There are no power limitations, only the size of the vessel (24m) and the distance from a shelter (6 miles). This is also the license you need to pilot a jet ski or a sea scooter. It is also valid for navigation on lakes and enclosed waters. It is recognized abroad. The coastal boating license consists of 2 parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. You can take the 2 parts in any order.

You will receive your access to online courses and online tests after payment has been received. For the theoretical part, we provide you with a connection to the elearning site MonPermisBateau.

How does it work?

We provide you with the same questions as on the test, as well as the theory lessons. Access to the site is valid for 6 months, as is registration.

A one-day theory course, to be taken by appointment at our premises, is included in our package. The theory test is organized by private organizations, as for the car code test. Once the theory course has been validated, you can contact the test center directly to register for the test at a date and time of your convenience (cost €30 per test).

For the practical part, your instructor will show you the maneuvers, then you carry them out... The practical part is validated by your instructor (2 candidates with an approved instructor for 4 hours).
