Workshop schedule (8h)

• Understanding my bike: Discover all the parts of your bike and understand how they work so you can master them better.
• Punctures: Learn how to disassemble and reassemble a wheel, repair an inner tube and expose a wheel with confidence.
• Braking: Master brake adjustment and repair, and learn how to replace brake pads, brake shoes or discs for safe riding.
• Transmission / Gears: Learn how to adjust your derailleurs, maintain your chain and cassette, and easily repair or replace your gear system.
• Wiring: Replace brake or gear cables and sheaths like a pro.
• Maintenance: Leave with a digital repair booklet and a handy checklist to keep your bike in top condition, whether for everyday use or before your travels.

This complete day enables participants to repair and maintain their bikes independently, while acquiring practical and lasting skills.
