An exceptional course in the company of former Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Brisard to take you behind the scenes of haute gastronomie. For 2 hours, learn how to create a complete menu: starter, main course and dessert, in a convivial and demanding atmosphere!

Workshop schedule (2h):

Two options are available:

Option 1 - Cooking class

• Production of a complete menu guided by the chef
• Learn techniques: cooking meat and fish, dressing, sauces, pastries...
• Some examples of possible recipes
  • Mackerel confit with salt
  • Cod fillet one-sided, zucchini cream, peas, chorizo chips
  • Roast chicken fillet, mogette gazpacho, mushrooms and potato chips
  • Strawberry tartar with tarragon, timut pepper and raspberry sorbet

Package 2 - Class + lunch

• The same workshop as above
• + A convivial lunch to enjoy the dishes prepared during the workshop (starter, main course, dessert)
