In this creative workshop, discover aqua resin, a water-based mineral material that lets you create beautiful decorative objects with a contemporary look.
With step-by-step guidance, you’ll create the base of a wooden tray measuring approximately 18 × 26 cm and choose your own style: natural tones, pastel colors, or bolder hues.
Workshop Schedule (2.5 hours):
- Introduction to aqua resin and the various decorative possibilities
- Choosing colors and the desired effect
- Preparation of pigments and terrazzo chips
- Measuring and mixing the aqua resin
- Creating the design and pouring the mixture into the tray. You can personalize your creation with various effects: terrazzo with colored chips; delicate marbling; stone or mineral effects; or a custom graphic design.
- Removing from the mold and initial finishing touches
- Care and usage tips
The piece may require additional drying time before heavy use. All recommendations will be provided at the end of the workshop.
You’ll leave with a genuine decorative piece crafted by your own hands. Your tray can be used in an entryway as a trinket tray, on a vanity to hold your jewelry, or on a table to showcase a candle, a vase, or your favorite items.
