Activity description :

Discover the natural heritage of the wild and protected Camargue. Accompanied by a naturalist guide, you enter the heart of the reserve and spend 2h30 observing the landscapes and the many species that inhabit our marshes: herons, ducks, birds of prey, waders, pink flamingos...

Course of the walk (2h30):

• A privileged visit to the sanctuary of the nature reserve.
• A naturalist guide accompanies you throughout.
• Introduction to the use of a spyglass in the observatories.
• Discover numerous bird species in their natural habitat.

The guide will explain a great deal about the Camargue, its landscapes, flora and fauna, and you'll be able to observe the birds through a telescope. The return journey will be by minibus to the Marais du Vigueirat reception area.

- By car: 45 minutes from Nîmes via A54.
- By car: 1 hour from Marseille via N568 and A55.

Know before you go

• On arrival at the site, you must go to reception to validate your tickets.
• Bring walking shoes (or sneakers) and binoculars if you have them (can be hired from the Marais du Vigueirat store - €5 payable on site).
• The meeting point is in front of the Marais du Vigueirat reception.
