Activity canceled without any information and more than questionable reason. How can the PSG final at 9pm in Germany disrupt a 10am tour of Paris on a scooter and not bike rides! So an hour to wait for nothing, an hour wasted and the children were very disappointed. I now hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible.

This site does not respect its commitments in terms of appointments. Appointment at 11:00 am for the outing, nobody to welcome us. Impossible to reach them by phone. We had to wait in front of the "store" until someone came to open the door, at which point I was able to ask them what was going on.... no answer. They finally found a guide (who was very competent) and after waiting for 3 hours we were finally able to take our 2-hour tour. We asked for compensation, knowing that we were not in Paris and that the delay had completely screwed up our return trip.... they promised to reimburse us for one of the 2 seats, which of course was never done, just like everything else that happened that weekend. I strongly advise against this, run away to avoid problems.

When we booked, it was written that we had to arrive 15min in advance, at 16.45, but the person who was our guide arrived at 17.05 and it took another 10min to prepare the equipment. So we didn't leave until 17.20, but we got back at 19.00, which was very expensive for a 1hr40 ride instead of 2hrs! The brake on my scooter was faulty, which made my ride rather stressful and I almost had an accident when the brake took too long to brake properly. In short, the guide was nice, but for the price I expected more professionalism.

Very nice for tourists from other countries, but far too expensive for what it really is.
