Enjoy a unique food & wine tasting experience, combining great Bordeaux wines and products emblematic of French excellence!

Course of the activity (1h30) :

• Introduction to Bordeaux wines and terroirs, and the different stages of tasting.
• Introduction to the 3 main principles of successful wine & food pairing.
• Then you'll move quickly from theory to practice
• Tasting of 5 great Bordeaux wines, including 3 Grands Crus Classés from older vintages.
• Each pairing will be an opportunity to discover the history of the products and the reasons for the proposed match.

Products tasted :

• Caviar
• Toasts of sturgeon rillettes with caviar
• Artisanal semi-cooked foie gras
• Artisan dried duck breast
• Farmhouse cheese
• Bean to Bar " dark chocolate from Bordeaux.
