Flower pressing and herbarium composition workshop in Marseille

Caroline will accompany you during this herbarium workshop, a moment of poetry and creativity! In her workshop in the heart of downtown Marseille, Caroline uses only naturally dried flowers, with no chemical treatments, and products that respect both people and the environment.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Discover plant presses: how they work and how they're made.
• Learn how to press and dry a flower while preserving its integrity and color.
• Create your own herbarium with the dried flowers of your choice.
• Learn how to place and glue flowers.
• You'll also learn the names and symbols of the flowers used in your herbarium.
• Caroline will explain all there is to know about preserving pressed flowers.
• You'll leave with your custom-made herbarium framed in a solid wood 18*24 cm frame.
