Come and enjoy a festive, immersive evening from 7pm to 11pm at the Moulin de Sabathier, in a waterside guinguette atmosphere, with live music featuring the millers' accordion and drums.
Course of the evening:
- 7pm: Tour of the mill and discovery of its history, traditional milling and 17thᵉ century mechanisms back in operation. Visit the dike and stroll along the canal. You'll also come across the farmyard animals!
- 8pm: Meal with local producers: planks of charcuterie and local cheeses, homemade sweets from the millers, Madiran wines from Cave de Crouseilles. All to the sound of accordion and drums.
- Until 11pm: The evening continues in guinguette mode, with dancing, live music, conversation and relaxation in a natural, bucolic setting in the heart of the vineyards.
A unique evening to discover a living heritage, savour local produce and share a festive moment by the water.
