Je suis tres contente de mon expérience avec Katia de l'introduction à la dégustation de notre propre tisane passant par la découverte des fleures et des herbes que je connaissais même pas et dautres que je ne savez même pas quelle peut être utiliser pour les tisanes; le moment inoubliable c'était la cueillette de la camomille on a bien rigolé en "travaillant" c t très satisfaisant Je vous conseille vivement cette expérience de 3 heure pour se déconnecter et apprécier les moments simple perdus avec la nature le partage l'apprentissage sur le terrain de revivre les senses par la beauté de la nature par le touché et l'odeur des plantes et le goûts des tisanes.
