Workshop schedule (3h) :
- Presentation of the farm and discovery of the aromatic plants grown on site.
- Picking of seasonalplants and explanation of environmentally-friendly growing techniques.
- Visit the drying room to learn about the best conditions for drying plants.
- Creation of a personalizedherbal tea blend , learning how to balance the flavors and benefits of the plants.
- Taste your herbal tea and receive a small bag to take home.

Atelier très convivial dans un espace où la nature et le vivant sont au cœur du projet. Depuis la reconnaissance des plantes et de la cueillette jusqu'à la fabrication de sa propre tisane avec les conseils de Karine. Belle matinée

Je suis tres contente de mon expérience avec Katia de l'introduction à la dégustation de notre propre tisane passant par la découverte des fleures et des herbes que je connaissais même pas et dautres que je ne savez même pas quelle peut être utiliser pour les tisanes; le moment inoubliable c'était la cueillette de la camomille on a bien rigolé en "travaillant" c t très satisfaisant Je vous conseille vivement cette expérience de 3 heure pour se déconnecter et apprécier les moments simple perdus avec la nature le partage l'apprentissage sur le terrain de revivre les senses par la beauté de la nature par le touché et l'odeur des plantes et le goûts des tisanes.
