Tour (1h30) :
- Welcome and introduction to the principles of permaculture as applied to the farm
- Guided tour of the various gardens to observe vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers in cultivation
- Explanation of the interactions between flora and fauna to recreate a natural and sustainable balance
- Educational stops to better understand cultivation techniques that respect living organisms
