Activity description :

The PAC (Progression Accompanied in Freefall) training aims to allow you to acquire as quickly as possible all the autonomy necessary to freefall.

The PAC initiation jump is the first step of a PAC training. It takes place over a day during which you will attend a complete theoretical training to learn more about the equipment, the safety rules, the position in the fall and the canopy handling. The end of the day will be dedicated to your solo jump accompanied by 2 instructors.

Located in the Somme department (80), Eric and his team of professionals affiliated to the French Skydiving Federation (FFP) welcome you at the Péronne Saint-Quentin airfield.

Course of the stag

You will be welcomed by the teams, then you will attend a theoretical training to understand the techniques of free fall, the flight under canopy as well as the functioning of a parachute.
You will be equipped with a suit, helmet, goggles, altimeter and a parachute adapted to your weight.
Boarding: You will enjoy a 15-20 minute flight to reach the required altitude for the jump, during which you will be able to enjoy the scenery.
At 4,000 metres, the doors will open and you will jump accompanied by 2 instructors who will help you stabilise your position and ensure that your jump goes smoothly. You will be in freefall for one minute at approximately 200 km/h!
At an altitude of 1,500 metres you will trigger the opening of your parachute. You will then be able to enjoy several minutes of serene descent under canopy guided by radio by an instructor on the ground to reach the ground.

Know before you go

To jump in the best conditions, plan to wear casual clothes such as jeans and trainers.
Please note: the jump may be cancelled or delayed at any time if the weather conditions are not met.

Jumping conditions

Minimum age required: 15 years old. Parental permission is required for minors.
Medical certificate of non-contra-indication to be presented, issued by a doctor approved by the FFP.
Maximum weight: 90 kg (naked) or 95 kg (dressed) (for safety reasons). For safety and comfort reasons, each client will be weighed on site before the jump.
This activity is not accessible to people with reduced mobility or pregnant women.
Training period: from February to September.
