Course of the activity

Here's how a paragliding experience works:

• On arrival in Doussard, you'll be greeted by a state-qualified guide, who'll start by explaining the safety rules to be observed.
• You'll be equipped with a harness, helmet and other equipment required for paragliding.
• Then it's off.
• You'll take off running from the top of the mountain and enjoy a superb ride through the air. Depending on the package you choose, you'll fly for between 20 minutes and 1 hour.
• You'll fly over Lake Annecy, with a view of the whole lake, the Col de la Forclaz and La Tournette.

The school's instructor will be in charge of providing you with a sensational experience. He'll be at the controls of the sail, and may even allow himself a few tricks if you're feeling up to it. Finally, he'll take care of the soft landing. Once you've landed, you'll be able to collect your wits and debrief with your loved ones!
