Activity Schedule (5 sessions of 2 hours each):

• Warm-up and physical preparation tailored to dance practice
• Introduction to and learning of choreographies inspired by the biggest K-Pop groups
• Work on rhythm, coordination, and precision of movement
• Development of stage presenceand artistic expression
• Group exercises that foster teamwork and confidence
• Personalized guidance to help you progress at your own pace
• Rehearsals and practice of the choreography you’ve learned
