It would be a good idea to encourage dialogue with customers in order to alleviate any awkwardness or silence. The bracelets, while attractive, lack sturdiness and the price of €24 each seems excessive. We suggest you focus on improving the general atmosphere and customer interaction. Indeed, despite the apparent friendliness of the staff, a lack of contact was felt, giving the impression of being a nuisance.

Disappointed, my daughter was on site for 30 minutes without any specific entertainment, even though it was specified in the service. She entered to choose pearls and finished. I didn't expect that.

A great activity. There's a really wide choice of beads. The atmosphere is great. And when you leave with your own creation, it's a great souvenir of a good time.
