Enjoy a full evening at a tablao located in the cellars of the Palace of the Count of Miranda, in the historic heart of Madrid. First, you’ll enjoy a dinner featuring a menu of tapas and Spanish specialties, followed by a live flamenco show. The performance is presented by a resident company founded by three dancers, carrying on the spirit of the old singing cafés.

• Hand-sliced Iberian ham, served on toasted country bread with tomato.
• A selection of artisanal cheeses with protected designation of origin.
• Empanada with tuna, peppers, and spices.
• Roman-style calamari with cilantro aioli.
• Marinated cod fillets with saffron sauce.
• Veal cheek braised in sherry.
• Seasonal dessert.

Vegetarian and vegan menus available at the same price: candied artichoke hearts, house salad, croquettes, tortilla, or avocado and mango tartare, a dish of plant-based protein and wok-stir-fried vegetables, dessert.

The Show

• Live performance lasting about 1 hour: singing, guitar, and dance, in an intimate venue.
• Depending on the season, works by visual artists are exhibited on the premises.
