Who hasn't bundled up in thick woollen socks in winter to keep their feet warm? Come and learn how to make your own wool socks! In a 1h30 workshop, you'll learn the basic stitches under the guidance of a professional.
Course of the workshop (1h30) :
- Learn the basic techniques for knitting socks in the round.
- How to knit in the round depending on the needles used: circular needles, curved needles, double-pointed needles...
- How to achieve a stretchy knit?
- How to calculate the right number of stitches for your shoe size?
- How to shape the heel and foot?
- You'll learn all this and can finish your socks at home, or come back for a second class.
