Introduce yourself to a traditional linocut color printing technique with a professional artist. Pascale welcomes you to her Paris workshop, where you can learn to engrave and print your own 10x15 cm linocut plate in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

You don't need to know how to draw for this class: you're welcome to bring your own ideas, or feel free to use the templates provided.

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

Introduction to equipment, technique and possibilities
Preparing a transfer based on a drawing or model provided
Learn to handle the gouge and engrave the plate.
Exploration and choice of colors for printing
Produce a small series of prints using the press.
Each participant will leave with a plate and 3 prints.

Pascale will share her expertise and sociability with you, whether you're on your own, with family or friends, children or adults.

You'll leave with your prints, made on the workshop press, and the know-how to repeat the engraving experience at home.

A beautiful creative moment that I highly recommend. I took part in a linocut workshop with my sister and mother, led by Pascale in her studio. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Pascale guided us every step of the way with a great deal of presence, pedagogy and availability. She took the time to show us the whole process and accompany us in our creations. We were each able to create four linocuts and print as many copies as we wished. The atmosphere was warm and the setting very pleasant. Thanks to Pascale for her warm welcome and for sharing her know-how!

I loved my linocut workshop with Pascale: a real "coup de cœur"! It was a wonderful discovery, and I was pleasantly surprised by the accessibility of this technique, even for someone like me who doesn't feel particularly gifted at drawing. Pascale is a talented artist and teacher, who knows how to pass on her passion with kindness. A huge thank you to my husband for this original birthday gift idea, perfect for getting off the beaten track. I highly recommend this workshop, and can't wait to come back again, this time with my children or even to organize a creative aperitif with friends!
